These editorial guidelines are designed to help you understand what we
accept and don't accept for inclusion in our article database. Before you
submit to our site, we'd appreciate if you'd read this page first.
Compliance will ensure that your articles are accepted and not declined.

Articles-Galore.com requires that you signup using a valid and contactable
email address. We also require all Author / Pen Names to use  BOTH A FIRST
AND LAST NAME. No Business names are permitted. Failure to observe
BOTH of these conditions will result in your account and articles being removed.

1. Submitting your articles to the Articles-Galore.com Directory does not mean
you will be paid any sort of financial compensation. You will not be paid by us or
any of our users for free use of your article.

2. Affiliate links Are Not Permitted! - Any articles that you submit to
Articles-Galore.com may not contain any direct affiliate links whatsoever. You
can however place a re-direct link from a url located on a website that YOU OWN.

3. In submitting your article(s) to Articles-Galore.com, you irrevocably grant
others free usage rights to publish your articles - This will include the resource
box that you provide which you credit as the author of the content. Said articles
may be used in any way by anyone such as but not limited to website publication,
ezine publication, magazine publication, web blogs, through RSS syndicated
feeds etc.

4. Any articles that you or your staff submit must be 100% your own work - You
can not submit articles written by authors other than yourself and your staff.
You may not submit any purchased private label rights articles. All content must
be written by you and you must be the sole copyright holder for all articles you
submit. Ghost Written articles are ok assuming you are the only person now in
ownership of rights to the article in question. Use of nicknames or Business
Names in place of Authors and Publishers is NOT permitted. We require a First
and a Last name for the author.

4a. Remember the whole idea here is to get your article selected by
publishers for reprint. Using names like "Rome Airport" will NOT help. If
you were a publisher would you select an article written by "Rome Airport"
or a real name! A similar story applies to readers of your article who will
place more credibility on a real name than the likes of "Rome Airport".
Similarly, articles are written by REAL people not by business names.
Business names are fine in the Bio or Resource Box.

5. Submission of an article does not guarantee that it will be included in the
Articles-Galore.com directory - We always reserve all rights to reject any content
for any reason.

6. Articles should be between 500 and 1500 words in length. Articles with less
than 500 words are Automatically DELETED before they are send to the editorial
staff for review. Authors consistently submitting short articles will have ALL their
articles removed and their account closed.

6a. Use of automatic submission software is NOT permitted on this site.
You MUST also choose a close-matching category for your articles. Failure
to comply will get you and ALL your articles removed.

7. Articles with any spelling or grammar errors will be deleted - It is your job to
ensure you only submit professional content, please check your articles before
submission. Articles deemed to be mostly advertising or blatant advertising
instead of useful content will be deleted. Remember 4a above.

8. Articles may only be submitted to ONE category only. Duplicates will be
removed.

9. Please use proper formatting in the article body. Do NOT enter multiple blank
lines between paragraphs. The use of BASIC HTML tags is ok as long as the
final output in the preview window resembles other articles on this site.
Anything fancy or considered in-appropriate here will see the article
declined and/or removed.

9a. Make use of dot points, bullets or numbering when listing several points within
the same paragraph.

10. It is strongly suggested that you use the "keywords" field. Doing so will aid the
placement of your articles in the major Search Engines.

11. There are over 300 categories at present. Please make a reasonable effort
to find the BEST matching category for your article content.

12. Only articles written in the English language are permitted. Articles with a short
life cycle IE articles about sporting results, weekly betting trends and reports, stock
market reviews etc will not be accepted.

13. Articles on Pornography,  pharmaceuticals, sex toys and links are totally
forbidden.

14. It is STRONGLY suggested that you preview each and every article for errors
and to confirm any included links display and work as required. This is the Authors
responsibility and not the editors. Here is how to insert your keywords or
description into your Bio Box and have the link clickable.
